How Do We Assess the Needs of Our Stakeholders? (20 minutes)
While we have a good idea of what the library program has to offer our schools, sometimes it isn't as apparent to our stakeholders. By assessing their needs, we can get a better picture of what our school really needs. Sometimes you get better responses if you just keep it simple.

Here are some ideas on ways to assess our stakeholders.

Design Your Own Survey (40 minutes)
It is important that we take the time to get the input of our stakeholders. The problem is sometimes we just don't have time to develop these surveys. Today provides us the opportunity to do just that.

First, let's brainstorm some things to consider.

Now take some time to develop surveys for your school. Develop one for students and staff. You may want to also consider designing one for parents. Also, include a timeline.
